摘要： PURPOSE:To receive a VHF signal, UHF signal and further SHF signal only by providing a double conversion type turner with a switch. CONSTITUTION:A VHF or UHF signal inputted from terminal 1 is selected according to band switching and amplified by wide band amplifier 3. This signal is applied to the 1st mixer 4 and converted into a signal of a frequency close to the SHF band by a local oscillation signal from local oscillator 5 whose oscillation frequency is varied by a tuning voltage, and then the signal is led to the 2nd frequency converting mixer 7 via switch circuit 11. The input is converted by mixer 7 into a signal of a prescribed low frequency, which is led out from terminal 10. To receive a signal of the SHF band, a switching voltage is applied to terminal 13 and the SHF signal from terminal 12 is selectively led to the 2nd mixer 7, thereby obtaining the signal from terminal 10 similarly.

Except when counter group 3 operates in up-count mode, counters 3A, 3B...3J hold waiting times of respective programs varying gradually. Therefore, when a desired program is selected at a random point in time, the waiting time of the program, i.e. a signal regarding the program is sent and the time until it is actually received, i.e. until the program is displayed momently on the CRT.
