    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pogo pin and a contactor for semiconductor element testing that is equipped with the pogo pin.
      SOLUTION: The contactor for semiconductor element test is provided with the pogo pin which is equipped with a contact pad part made of an electrical conductive rubber and a spring formed under part of the contact pad part, and a pogo pin array which is mounted in plural number with the pogo pin, and a housing fixing the pogo pin array. As a result, the problem wherein a lead component affects a gold-plated part of the pogo pin and causes the surface of the pogo pin to oxidize, due to the problem of solder balls being generated at solder ball contact and contact with the solder ballscan be prevented fundamentally, by using the contact pad of the electrical conductive rubber on the upper part.
