A time counting part counts the input start time t(n) and input end time u(n) of the stroke information. A calculation part finds out first time obtained by subtracting first predetermined time from the input start time t(n) and finds out second time obtained by adding second predetermined time to the input end time u(n). A retrieval part retrieves sound-moving image data corresponding to a section from the first time up to the second time based on the section and the input time added to the sound-moving image data stored in the first storage part. The first storage part stores the retrieved sound-moving image data corresponding to the section in a second storage part.
