摘要： PURPOSE:To completely eliminate the ground stains of copies by returning the developing solution falling on the surface of a developer scraper plate selectively onto a sleeve and forcefully rebinding the same with the toner remained on the sleeve, in an electrophotographic copying device. CONSTITUTION:Plural magnets 5 are provided in the axial direction of the magnetic sleeve 4 in contact with the developer 3 within said sleeve in the developing tank 2 containing the developer 3 composed of magnetic carrier and toner. As the sleeve 4 is revolved in the fixed direction, the magnetic brush on the surface of the sleeve 4 is moved in the fixed direction and when this magnetic brush is contacted to the photoreceptor 1 having been formed with electrostatic latent images, the latent images are developed. The bias voltage of the same polarity as the residual potential of the photoreceptor 1 is applied to the sleeve 4 and the magnetic brush after the development is scraped off by the developer scraper plate 8 in contact with the sleeve 4. A branch plate 9 which returns the developer 3 falling on the surface of the scraper plate 8 selectively onto the sleeve 4 is provided so that the developer 3 flowing down the plate 9 is rebound with the toner remained on the sleeve 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain picture images of sufficient picture image concentration even at high humidity, by increasing or decreasing the quantity of one-component magnetic toner on the toner donor depending on the changes in the ambient humidity. CONSTITUTION:The one-component magnetic toner in a toner refill derice 5 is supplied onto the surface of a sleeve 8, and defined to a proper quantity by a doctor member 6 before the development. The member 6 is rotatably supported onto a side wall 9 by means of a pin 6a, and is forced to rotate in the counterclockwise direction by means of a spring 10 stretched between a protrusion 6b protruding from an oval hole 9a in the side wall 9 and the device 5. A wire 11 consisting of humidity sensitive fibers is fitted to the other end of the protrusion 6b being guided by rollers 12, 13. When the ambient humidity rises, the wire 11 is elongated, so that the member 6 turns counterclockwise around the pin 6a. The end of the member 6 positioned on the plane running through the center of rotation of the sleeve 8 is moved by an adjusting screw 14, so that the quantity of toner defined by the member 6 increases, thereby hardly changing the picture image concentration on the transfer paper.
