    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can appropriately permit and cut off communication from an information processing device connected with a network even if the communication comes through a proxy server.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 for cutting off communication by an object device 2 connected with a network comprises: a guiding unit 21 for guiding information transmitted by the object device 2 to the sensor device 1; an identification information acquisition unit 23 for acquiring identification information to identify the notification destination of a message comprising the information guided by the guiding unit 21 from a message of a prescribed protocol at an upper layer than a transport layer; a permission determination unit 24 for determining whether communication by the message will be permitted or denied on the basis of at least the identification information obtained by the identification information acquisition unit 23; and a communication permission unit 25 for permitting communication by the object device 2 by transferring the message regardless of cut-off of communication by a communication cut-off unit 22 when it has been determined that communication is permitted by the permission determination unit 24.
