摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the operation load of the exchange of a mold is increased and the manufacturing cost of the mold is increased, because it is necessary to provide a standardized mold substrate having a large size beyond the need to make the size of the mold large and to make the weight of the mold heavy as a result of standardizing the mold substrate.SOLUTION: The device of positioning the mold of molding machine is provided with: a mold receiving member 15 arranged at the upper side of a base member 10 and capable of mounting the mold M; an air cylinder 20 for vertically moving the mold receiving member 15; a pair of guide rods 30, 30 fixed to the mold receiving member 15 and guiding the mold receiving member 15 vertically movable to the base member 10; and a lock mechanism 40 arranged in the base member 10 and engaged with the pair of guide rods 30, 30 to be locked. When the lock mechanism 40 is engaged with the pair of guide rods 30, 30 to be locked, the mold receiving member 15 is supported by the base member 10 by the pair of guide rods 30, 30 and the mold is positioned by supporting the lower end of the mold M by the mold receiving member 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mold conveying truck which can certainly prevent damage of a metallic mold and a molding apparatus due to operational error by making a positioning pin mechanism and a fall prevention pin mechanism cooperate with each other.
SOLUTION: The metallic mold conveying truck 10 comprises the positioning pin mechanism 20a having a positioning pin 22 which can be engaged with/disengaged from a positioning hole 8, the fall prevention pin mechanism 40a having a fall prevention pin 42 which can be switched to an engagement position and a disengagement position, a first operation mechanism 30a which can operate the positioning pin 22 to the disengagement position, a second operation mechanism 50a which can operate the fall prevention pin 42 to the disengagement position, a first wire member 75a and a second wire member 75b which connect the first operation mechanism 30a and the second operation mechanism 50a with each other. Further the metallic mold conveying truck 10 is provided with an interlock mechanism 60 which makes the second operation mechanism 50a inoperative in a state where the positioning pin 22 is switched to the disengaged position by operation of the first operation mechanism 30a and makes the first operation mechanism 30a inoperative in a state where the fall prevention pin 42 is switched to the disengaged position by operation of the second operation mechanism 50a.
