      SOLUTION: A bracket 11 forming a housing part of a bearing 8 on a counter axial output side is attached from the outside of counter axial output side, and the bracket 11 is provided with a hole 16. A heat radiation fin 12 of the material superior in thermal conductivity than that of the bracket 11, comprising a protruding part that can be inserted in the hole 16 from outside, is fixed to the bracket 11. A projecting part 17 of the heat radiation fin 12 contacts an output element 14 of control drive which is a drive element of a brushless motor via a heat conductive resin. The heat of the output element 14 of control drive is transmitted to a heat radiating part of the heat radiation fin 12, and the heat is radiated to the outside of brushless motor via the heat radiation part. The air stream generated by the blasting effect, caused on the load side of a shaft 5 of the output axis of the brushless motor passes near the heat radiation part of the heat radiation fin 12, for improved cooling effect.
