摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow direct comparison of information arising from a different system and the same system, at different time point, by providing a new method for standardizing a chromatographic system. SOLUTION: A primary chromatographic system 10 is operated with a standard sample at a plurality of temperatures for generating a primary holding time, and the primary holding time is adapted to a function which decides a thermodynamic constant which relates the holding time to a temperature. A target chromatographic system is operated with the standard sample for generating a secondary holding time. The function is applied to the holding time to determine a column parameter effective to a target system, then the function is applied to the parameter and the primary holding time for deciding a pressure program.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate standardized spectral information by detecting spectral beams so as to generate signal data representing the spectral beams and computing in accordance with spectral information representing a sample. SOLUTION: A spectrum means 14 is comprised of a light interference system which is combined with a means applying a Fourier transform computing. Accordingly, an interference pattern can be converted to spectral data. A spectrum acts to a sample 18, whereby spectral beam 20 are generated. The spectral beams 20 respond to the sample 18 are therefore characterize the sample spectrally. A detector 24 receives the spectral beams and generates signal data on an electric wire 26. The data represent a beam spectrum changed by the sample. A computer 28, upon receiving a data signal, calculates spectral information corresponding to the sample.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a hold time for a different condition, by detecting an analysis substance at a plurality of already determined condition sets, calculating parameter values by a mathematical model, and substituting the parameter values to the model at different condition sets. SOLUTION: A sample pulse is injected to a carrier gas from a pressure regulation source 12 by an injector apparatus 14, thereby forming a mixed gas. A physical characteristic and a characteristic change of the mixed gas are measured by a detector 22. A computer 28 when receiving pressure information on a column entrance and a column exit of an entrance transducer 18 and an exit transducer 20 processes the information in a series of peaks representing a sample composition. A pressure of the pressure regulation source 12 is adjusted and a temperature of an oven is controlled. Various parameter values proper to a system are calculated on the basis of a mathematical model including a permeability of the carrier gas from a detected value under a predetermined condition set. Parameter values under a different condition set are substituted for the mathematical model, whereby a hold time can be estimated.
