摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: (1) To re-close a breaker, only when it performs an interrupt by a lighting surge and prevent power supply to a load apparatus 2 which has failed, (2) to temporarily cause the breaker to perform interruption to restore the load apparatus 2 interrupted by itself by a cause other than the lightning surge, and (3) to enable automatic re-closing of the breaker 4 which is not re-closed unless it is operated manually, when automatic interruption operation takes place. SOLUTION: (1) The breaker 4 is re-closed, on the condition that a lightning surge is detected by a surge detecting circuit 6 when interruption is detected by an interruption detecting sensor 7. (2) Load interruption is detected by a load interruption detecting circuit 39, on condition that a load current becomes lower than a set value, and the breaker 4 is cut off, and re-closed a prescribed time later. (3) An operating body 22, which interposes a breaker lever 18 between, is caused to perform reciprocating movement by a cam device 21, and the breaker lever 18 is moved from the position immediately after interruption up to a normal interruption position, and the breaker is re-closed after that.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive surge display device capable of displaying presence of infiltration of a lightning surge with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This surge display device comprises a pin 12 supported by a display main body 1 to freely project from the display body 1, a permanent magnet 14 for holding the pin 12 in a non-projecting state by attracting a moving iron core 13 provided at the front end of the pin 12, an electromagnet 15 interposed between the pin 12 and the permanent magnet 14, penetrated by the moving iron core 13, excited by an inflow of a surge current detected by current transformers 6, and offsetting magnetic force of the permanent magnet 14 by the excitation, and a compression spring 16 interposed between the electromagnet coil 15 and the pin 12, for energizing the pin 12 in the projecting direction. The inflow of the surge current excites the electromagnet 15 so as to separate the pin 12 from the permanent magnet 14 for projecting the pin 12, while the projected pin 12 can be returned to the initial state by push of the pin 12.
