SOLUTION: A Web page file including a plurality of data is stored in a storage part 102. An end flag is set by an operation terminal 200 in a data conversion part 103 so that a text part interposed by special tags included in the Web page file stored in the storage part 102 can be alternatively selected. When receiving a distribution request from the communication terminal, the Web server 100 deletes data specified by the end flag from the Web page file stored in the storage part 102, and a data conversion part 103 generates the Web page file for distribution. Then, a data distribution part 104 distributes a Web page file for distribution.
