    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction from being caused by an erroneous transmission not from a close vicinity without the need of positional information, to put a restriction on use from a mobile communication terminal with an unpaid charge for call and communication, and to enhance security against theft etc., in a lock control system for controlling a lock of a locker etc. by using the mobile communication terminal such as a cellular phone.
      SOLUTION: This lock control system comprises: a mobile communication signal receiver which receives only a signal from the mobile communication terminal existing near a control object equipped with the lock; a lock device which unlocks the control object, when receiving an unlocking request from the mobile communication terminal via the mobile communication signal receiver, and when receiving prescribed unlocking instructions within a predetermined time; a communication network which receives and relays the signal from the mobile communication terminal via a base station, and which rejects the relay of the signal from the mobile communication terminal with no permission for use; and a lock controller which transmits the unlocking instructions to the lock device in the case where permission for unlocking is set, in accordance with the set permission/inhibition of the unlocking, when the unlocking request is received from the mobile communication terminal via the communication network.
