    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for hydraulically forming laminated metal plates with which liquid leakage during the forming is surely prevented, a material is smoothly moved during the forming, a die is not increased in the scale, the yield of the material is improved and which is advantageous cost-wise.
      SOLUTION: This apparatus has dies 10, 11 for laminating, holding and clamping at least two metal plates 1, 2 and a pouring means 12 for pouring a forming medium W between the metal plates 1, 2 from a hydraulic pressure pouring part 3 and this method is hydraulic forming by which the metal plates 1, 2 are formed into a shape matching to the forming shape part 13 of the dies 10, 11 by the forming medium W. Flexible parts 30, 30A are provided on the metal plates 1, 2 between the hydraulic pressure pouring part 3 and the forming shape part 13 and the material is supplied by moving the metal plates in the flexible parts 30, 30A with the flow-in of the material in the inside of the forming shape part of the metal plates 1, 2 supported with the dies 10, 11 when pouring the forming medium W.

      SOLUTION: A laminated plate material 30 to be treated has an end surface 35 where a non-joined portion 36 is arranged. One plate material 20 located in the non-joined portion 36 projects from the other plate material 10 to be arranged so as to face to the plate material 20. After the laminated plate material 30 has been arranged inside forming dies 110, 120 and fastened by the dies, the tip end portion 141 of a nozzle 140 for supplying a forming medium is moved toward the inside of the laminated plate material 30 while being pressed against the projecting portion 22 of the one plate material 20 at the non-joined portion 36. As a result, the non-joined portion 36 expands by being forcedly widened. Then, the nozzle 140 is inserted into the inside of the laminated plate material.

The male die 91, after completion of the bulge-deformation, is advanced from the opening part 64 and pushed in the part of the aluminum extruded material 10 abutting on the end face 92, causing deformation accompanied by shearing to form the bearing surface.
