    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a roof frame structure capable of easily realizing an inclined roof of complicated shape similarly to a wooden roof while using an aluminum extruded section having various characteristics as a framing member. SOLUTION: This roof frame structure comprises a strut raised on the roof truss beam of a roof, a hub member 8 mechanically bonded to the top part of the strut, a rafter 4 (angle rafter 5) having an end mechanically bonded to the hub member 8, and a purlin 6 mechanically bonded to the upper surface of the rafter 4 (angle rafter 5), and each of the strut, the rafter 4 (angle rafter 5) and the purlin 6 is formed of an aluminum alloy-made extruded section. The upper surface of the rafter 4 (angle rafter 5) and the upper and lower surfaces of the purlin 6 are formed in parallel to the flow face of the roof. Particularly, the upper surface of the angle rafter 5 is formed of two or more inclined surfaces 5a and 5a so as to be parallel to each of the flow faces crossing in the angle rafter 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel joint structure capable of easily jointing wall panels to each other as well as dismounting them without difficulty.
      SOLUTION: Both wall panels A, B are placed so that outer side surfaces 11, 21 of panel frames 10, 20 abut against each other and the panel frames are jointed by a panel clasp unit (bolt T1, nut N1). On the outer side surface 11 of the panel frame 10 attaching to the wall panel A, a protrusion (box shape metal fixture 15) is provided while on the outer side surface 21 of the panel frame 20 attaching to the wall panel B an opening 23 as a recessed portion is provided for the box-shape metal fixture 15 to be inserted. Furthermore, the box-shape metal fixture 15 has a tilted lower plane 16 which inclined downward from its base end part to the tip end part. The recessed portion has a tilt-supporting plane (upper plane of a section 22) which abuts against the tilted lower plane 16 of the box-shape metal fixture 15. The box-shape metal fixture 15 also is provided with an engaging portion 14, projecting downward, and the recessed portion is provided with a receiving portion (slot 26) to be engaged with the engaging portion 14.

Each upper chord member of each roof truss 10-60 is arranged to follow the flowing faces N1-N6 of the roof 1, and the upper surface of each upper chord member is formed with an inclination so as to be parallel to the flow faces N1-N6 of the roof.
