      SOLUTION: In the use of an information service provided by expanded markup language(for example, the addition of an unique tag), an AP4 whose expanded part is processable is downloaded. The AP4 acquires document data for using the information service. The document data are converted into structured document information, and stored in a DB 26. When any event that a user sets a focus on a predetermined section(for example, anchor) on a document displayed on the basis of the structured document information is generated, an event information informing part 25 informs the AP4 of the event information including the classification and the generating section. Then, the AP4 refers to the structured document information by using a document information operating part 24, and when the event generating section is related to the expanded section(for example, the unique tag), the AP4 conducts processing following the unique tag.
