SOLUTION: The garbage treating apparatus is provided with a rotatable rotary shaft 22 supporting an agitator 21 mounted in a fermentation tank 2, and a drive control section 5 driving the rotary shaft 22. Further, in the apparatus, the agitator 21 is attached so as to slant to the rotary shaft 22 extending in a roughly horizontal direction, a slant of the agitator 21 to the rotary shaft 22 on one end side of the rotary shaft 22 is arranged so as to become opposite from the slant of the agitator 21 on the other end side to the rotary shaft 22, the drive control section 5 detects a load to drive the rotary shaft 22, and a drive command is outputted so as to rotate the rotary shaft 22 in a opposite direction when a load not less than a predetermined amount is detected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large amount of an auxiliary material for providing the solidified body with strength has to be added so that ratio of incineration ash used therein is lowered and the incineration ash cannot be reutilized sufficiently in a method of making a solidified body by mixing the ash with cement, gravel and the like. SOLUTION: The method of the present invention comprises a hydrolyzing kneading step of adding water to the incineration ash containing 10-40 wt.% of calcium oxide, 10-30 wt.% of silicon dioxide and 5-30 wt.% of aluminum oxide and mixing, a molding step of molding the incineration ash which has been subjected to hydrolyzing kneading in the hydrolyzing kneading step into a specified molding and a hydrothermal treatment step of subjecting the molding to hydrothermal treatment at a saturated vapor pressure at 200 deg.C or lower for producing the solidified body through hydrothermal reaction.
