    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite semipermeable membrane having a practical salt passage hindering property, water permeability, and chlorine resistance, and a method for manufacturing the composite semipermeable membrane.
      SOLUTION: This composite semipermeable membrane consists of a separation-active layer consisting of a cross-linked polymer of a reactive composition containing an acrylate-based compound and/or a methacrylate-based compound and a porous support for supporting the separation-active layer. Each of the acrylate-based compound and the methacrylate-based compound has at least three reactive carbon-carbon double bonds in the molecule. The surface of the separation-active layer is fabricated to have an uneven structure of ≥03 μm height difference.
