CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with each of control parts 20a-20c controlling each of brake systems of a right front wheel, a left front wheel and rear wheels and each of actuators A-C are made to control by applying output signals of respective wheel speed sensors 1a-1c to each of the autuators. The control part 20a (20b is similar too) is so constituted that instructions to return the title device to a conventional braking state is applied to an output part 22a of a control signal through a fail-safe control part 24a when abnormality of the sensor 1a is detected by an abnormality detecting part 23a from an output state of a pulse signal to be formed by making wave-form shaping 21a of an output of the sensor 1a. In this instance, the title device is so constituted that an output part 25a of an abnormal signal is operated through an OR gate Ga and an abnormal signal is applied to a fail-safe control part 24b of the control part 20b through a contact point of a changer-over switch 26a.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent an unnecessary operation of a liquid pressure motor by fixing the calculated output of the wheel acceleration/deceleration to the deceleration lower than the preset deceleration for an anti-skid starting condition when the calculated wheel speed becomes lower than a fixed speed.
      CONSTITUTION: A wheel speed VW is calculated by an arithmetic unit (AU) 31 of a wheel speed information AU30 based on the output of a wheel speed sensor 1, and also the wheel acceleration/deceleration αW is calculated by an AU32. When the calculated wheel speed VW becomes lower than a fixed speed VO in a low-speed area expected to cause an unstable output of the wheel speed sensor 1, a timer unit 33 is activated, a transfer switch 35 is switched to a mode IIby its output, and the fixed deceleration αO stored in a deceleration memory 34 is outputted to an output signal deciding unit 6. This timer unit 33 is allowed to cut off the output at a fixed time TO after VW>VO is attained, and when the output is cut off, the switch 35 is held at a mode II, and the wheel acceleration/deceleration αW is outputted to the deciding unit 6.

If DELTAVw DELTAV, it is brought to abnormal mode II to output the wheel speed (Vw)n-1.
