摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the external rusting resistance and lubricity of a sheet by forming a lower layer of Zn single plating and an upper layer of Zn-Fe plating having a specified compsn. each with specified coating weight on one side or both sides of an Al alloy sheet. CONSTITUTION:One side or both sides of an Al alloy sheet is coated with a Zn single plating layer with 0.1 to 60g/m coating weight as a lower layer. This plating can be executed by chemical plating or electroplating. This coating is most effective for suppressing filiform errosion products. Furthermore, as an upper layer, Zn-Fe plating contg. 40 to 95% Fe is provided by 0.1 to 10g/m . This plating is preferably executed by electroplating. The upper layer improves its lubricity and has good chemical converting film performance. In this way, the objective Zn double layer plated Al alloy sheet excellent in external rusting resistance and lubricity can be obtd.

As a result, the degradation in brazing performance is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare an Al alloy plate improved in degreasing and lubricating properties by treating an Al alloy plate to remove an oxide film therefrom, followed by application of a specific lubricant composition containing an ester of a hindered alcohol with a neo structure and a saturated aliphatic acid. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant composition containing not less than 50% of a compound which is an ester of a hindered alcohol with a neo structure (e.g. neopentyl glycol) and a 10-14C saturated aliphatic acid (e.g. lauric acid), and having an iodine value of not more than 10, an acid value of not more than 5, a hydroxyl value of not less than 10, and a melting point of not higher than 50 deg.C is prepared. An Al alloy plate is subjected to chemical etching with a sodium hydroxide solution or the like, or abrasion, to remove an oxide film therefrom. Then the above lubricant composition is applied to the plate to obtain a lubricated Al alloy plate, which can advantageously be employed in automotive and home electric appliances.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of general non-corrosive fluoride flux brazing attributable to coating of the flux after assembly in the complicate product shape by treating an aluminum material under a prescribed condition with the aqueous solution having a prescribed concentration and pH containing cesium fluoride and a prescribed inorganic acid. SOLUTION: An aluminum material in coil or in flat cut condition is treated for 1 second to 20 minutes at 5-70 deg.C with the aqueous solution of less than pH2 which contains cesium fluoride of 0.05-2mol/l in concentration and contains 1-40wt.% in total of the inorganic acids of one or more kinds of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chromic acid. Brazing is performed in the non-oxidizing atmosphere after the necessary working and temporary assembly. When the concentration of CsF is below the lower limit, F and Cs which are main compositions of the film concentration are insufficient, the performance is not improved. When the concentration of CsF exceeds the upper limit, the performance is no more improved. When pH is >=2, the reaction to generate the film is slow. When the treatment temperature or the concentration of inorganic acid is above the upper limit, the film is difficult to grow though etching proceeded and when below the lower limit, neither etching nor the film generating reaction is proceeded.
