    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of general non-corrosive fluoride flux brazing attributable to coating of the flux after assembly in the complicate product shape by treating an aluminum material under a prescribed condition with the aqueous solution having a prescribed concentration and pH containing cesium fluoride and a prescribed inorganic acid. SOLUTION: An aluminum material in coil or in flat cut condition is treated for 1 second to 20 minutes at 5-70 deg.C with the aqueous solution of less than pH2 which contains cesium fluoride of 0.05-2mol/l in concentration and contains 1-40wt.% in total of the inorganic acids of one or more kinds of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chromic acid. Brazing is performed in the non-oxidizing atmosphere after the necessary working and temporary assembly. When the concentration of CsF is below the lower limit, F and Cs which are main compositions of the film concentration are insufficient, the performance is not improved. When the concentration of CsF exceeds the upper limit, the performance is no more improved. When pH is >=2, the reaction to generate the film is slow. When the treatment temperature or the concentration of inorganic acid is above the upper limit, the film is difficult to grow though etching proceeded and when below the lower limit, neither etching nor the film generating reaction is proceeded.
