摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has a long life and is excellent in resistance to scattering, acoustic properties, and torque characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises 70-80wt.% at least one base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C of 8-180cSt and selected from the group consisting of a mineral oil, a synthetic hydrocarbon oil, and a polyphenyl ether oil and 20-30wt.% lithium salt of a 12-24C higher fatty acid having no hydroxyl group in the molecule. The compsn. is scattered only in a very low amt. as shown in Fig. 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a grease composition for bearing of electronic computer having excellent noise and torque properties and scatterability especially at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A grease is imparted with a close and homogeneously stabilized short-fiber structure of soap by the grease composition compounded with a thickener consisting of a lithium soap having no hydroxy group in the chemical configuration and a lithium soap having hydroxy groups in the chemical configuration. A mineral oil and a synthetic hydrocarbon oil are used as the base oil. Thus obtained grease is capable of reducing its scattering in the range between ordinary and high temperatures and improving the noise and torque properties of a bearing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluid bearing having a low temperature dependency of a bearing torque and suppressed evaporation loss even after a long service by packing a monoester-based lubricating fluid into the gap of a fluid bearing. SOLUTION: The monoester oil based oil (M-816 or M-816+DOS) used as a base oil for a fluid bearing has a high viscosity index and a low viscosity, so that it can provide a low bearing torque over a wide temperature range and has reduced tendency toward spattering even when the fluid bearing is rotated at a high speed. It is desirable that the monoester is used in combination with other esters such as dioctyl sebacate(DOS) having a cloud point of 0 deg.C or below, for it has a limited service temperature range because of its lowered fluidity at a low temperature. The monoester based fluid shows low evaporation loss with the lapse of time and is excellent in totality as a lubricating fluid for the fluid bearing of a spindle motor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the intrusion of moisture into lubricant from a cage and to obtain an excellent exfoliation life, making a bearing light in weight, by forming at least one parts of a rolling body and a race by steel member and making the cage plastic having specified percentage of water absorption. SOLUTION: A cage 5 incorporated into a bearing 1 is made of a plastic material which is low in water absorption property and has an aptitude of the cage 5 such as low wear property. As a cage material to be used, a material having percentage of water absorption of 0.5 wt.% or below and preferably, 0.2 wt.% or below, that is, polyphenylsulfide(PPS), polyetheretherketone(PEEK) and polyethersulfon(PES) are given. By including glass fiber, further water absorption property is set to a lower degree. A rolling body 4 and races 2, 3 are formed by bearing steel. Alternately, bearing steel is used for the races 2, 3 and the rolling body 4 is made of ceramic and the bearing 1 may be made light in weight.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lubricating action stable over a long period, by assembling a cage impregrated with a specific amount of one kind of specific oiliness agent or wear preventing agent, and applying oil plating. SOLUTION: A molding is formed by molding a polyamide resin composition in a desired cage shape. An oiliness agent or wear preventing agent is formed of material having affinity with an amide group further with a carbon number 6 or more and a boiling point 100 deg.C or more. A cage 7 is formed by impregnating at least one kind of the oiliness agent or wear preventing agent in the molding in a range of 0.1 of 10wt.% relating to a total amount of the molded material. The cage 7 is built in, further oil plating is applied. The oiliness agent or wear preventing agent impregnated in the cage 7 is easily held in the cage 7, a seepage speed is slow, and action of the holder is stably realized over a long period. Inferior lubrication, deformation of the cage 7 and decrease in mechanical strength are prevented. As a result, a good lubrication characteristic is maintained over a long period, and durability of a bearing is improved.
