摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heat insulating panel for ultra-low temperature formed in fixed thickness in which a high rigidity plate face material and a flexible sheet face material, preferably non-permeable flexible sheet face material are adhered on a glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam with high strength without using an adhesive, and which requires neither polishing process nor bonding process in particular. SOLUTION: One side of hard polyurethane foam of this adiabatic panel is coated with a permeable plate face material and the other side is coated with a flexible sheet face material. In this case, hard polyurethane foam is the glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam including a glass fiber material. The permeable plate face material and the flexible sheet face material can be layered on the glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam by foam- hardening reaction of an undiluted solution composite for foaming of hard polyurethane foam without using adhesive.

SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a glass fiber-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam comprises an underside material supply process to supply an underside material, a glass fiber mat supply process to supply a glass fiber mat to the surface of the underside material, a stock solution supply process to supply a rigid polyurethane foam foaming stock solution to the glass fiber mat and impregnate the latter with the former and a foaming process to cause the foaming stock solution to chemically react and foam to manufacture the glass fiber-reinforced rigid polyurethane foam. In addition, this method includes a glass fiber dispersion process to increase the thickness of the glass fiber mat.

SOLUTION: The polyol component contains, based on 100 pts.wt. of the whole amount of polyol compounds, 15-30 pts.wt. of an aromatic polyesterpolyol, 20-35 pts.wt. of an aromatic amine-based polyetherpolyol, 25-45 pts.wt. of three functional polyetherpolyol using an initiator of an aliphatic three functional alcohol, 15-25 pts. wt. of a multifunctional polyetherpolyol using an initiator of sorbitol or sucrose and 2-10 pts. wt. of a low molecular-weight polyhydric alcohol.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of rigidity of a urethane foam molded product and the generation of the unpleasant sound thereof by using a reinforcing base fabric for a soft polyurethane foam in-mold foamed molded product obtained by integrally laminating two kinds of nonwoven fabrics specified in wt. basis and voids. CONSTITUTION:A bulky nonwoven fabric layer 1 with a wt. basis of 30-300g/m and voids of 90-94% contributes to urethane barrier properties. A dense nonwoven fabric layer 2 with a wt. basis of 20-100g/m and voids of 87-91% has proper voids in order to obtain proper fluffing on the contact surface with foamed urethane and proper impregnation properties and barrier properties therein and contributes to the compatibility of impregnation function and barrier properties. Both layers are integrally laminated to form a reinforcing base fabric 3 for a foamed molded product.

The foaming agent contains at least one of an organic foaming agent such as HCFC-141b. The method for producing the rigid polyurethane, foam involves using this polyol composition and an isocyanate.
