摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combustion control method in a heating furnace which can arbitrarily control a temp. pattern in a furnace in the furnace length direction, and to obtain a device therefor. SOLUTION: An inner part of the furnace is divided into plural zones 2a-2d. In each zone 2a-2d, one or more of heat-storage type alternating combustion burner systems which execute the supply of the air for combustion into burners 7a-7d through a heat-storage body and the exhaust of the combustion gas from the burners 7a-7d, are provided in the heating furnace 1. The temp. in the furnace length direction of the heating furnace 1 is detected with one or more of temp. detecting means 16a-16d, 17a-17d arranged in each zone 2a-2d. The combustion of the corresponding heat-storage type alternating combustion burner system is controlled based on this detected result to control a temp. pattern in the furnace in the furnace length direction of the heating furnace.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the temp. controllability and the thermal efficiency by suppressing the rapid pressure variation in a furnace. CONSTITUTION:Plural pairs of burners at each heating zone B are controlled by shifting the timings of each ignition and each estinguish of the fire in plural pairs of burners so that each burner in the plural pairs does not synchronously start or complete the combustion. The temp. of the combustion exhaust gas at the time of exhausting after passing each regenerator is measured at the downstream side of each regenerator. The combustion gas only from the burner whose gas temp. measured is lower than the setting temp., is exhausted through a blower controlled in the number of rotation based on the pressure in the furnace. On the other hand, in the case the measured temps. of all burners exceed the setting temp., the combustion exhaust gas is exhausted through a flue 2 having a damper 3 arranged in each heating zone B.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the heat efficiency by drastically reducing gas exhaust loss and to avoid the deterioration of durability of a switching means of a heat storage type burner system. SOLUTION: An auxiliary heating equipment 20 attached to a main heating equipment 1 and a gas exhaust means 21 for exhausting a part of the combustion gas produced in the main heating equipment 1 after dividing the gas flow into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 without passing through the heat storage type burner system 2. A large part of the combustion end produced in the main heating equipment 1 is made to pass through the heat storage type burner system 2 and a part thereof is made to exhaust through the auxiliary heating equipment 20, and the combustion gas quantity exhausted from the heat storage type burner system 2 is controlled to the balancing quantity with the supplied air for combustion, and the exhaust gas temp. exhausted from a heat storage body (e.g. 3b) is lowered near the temp. of the air for combustion before introducing into a heat storage body (e.g. 3a). The exhaust gas temp. of a part of the combustion gas divided into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 is lowered to near the heating furnace temp. in the conventional heating furnace, too, and as the whole body, the exhaust gas temp. is extremely lowered and the max. limit of heat efficiency is obtd.

Longitudinal temperature in the heating furnace l is detected by one or more of temperature detection means 16a-16d, 17a-17d provided in the respective zones 2a-2d. On the basis of a detection result, combustion of the heat storage type alternate combustion burner system in a corresponding zone is controlled and a longitudinal furnace temperature pattern in the heating furnace is controlled to a desired value.

Primary fuel F1 is injected from around a flow of combustion air A of high temperature so as to form a primary flame B1 around the combustion air A, the secondary fuel injected in parallel with the outside part is shielded against the combustion air, the primary fuel is ignited under an excessive air state and then NOx within the primary flame is reduced with the secondary fuel and at the same time the combustion air of high temperature and the secondary fuel are gradually mixed to each other so as to perform the secondary combustion B2.

CONSTITUTION:In the condition where the burner B1 is on fire and the waste combustion gas 21 is exhausted through a regenerator R2, the temp. at the downstream side (outlet side) of the regenerator R2 is measured at any time. In the case the combustion exhaust gas temp. exceeds the setting temp. (e.g. 200 deg.C), the supply of the fuel gas 18 is stopped with the signal of the temp. controller C2 and the combustion of this burner is changed over to the other burner B2. By such a way, in comparison with the case in which one burner is changed over at each fixed time, the frequency of movements of a valve is reduced, the service life of the valve is prolonged and the stopping time of the furnace at the time of exchanging the valve can be shortemed.

Matching to the shifting of the steel slab to be heated to theta2 in the furnace, the fuel flowing rate at the zone, where this steel slab exists is increased (decreased) by a definte ratio based on the difference between the total fuel flowing quantities of F1 and F2 that of F1 as the reference. The fuel flowing ratios to the adjacent front and rear zones are decreased (increased) by the fixed ratio and the fuel flowing rations to the other zones are kept at the fuel flowing rate of F1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover the waste heat by lowering the exhaust gas temp. and to improve the heat efficiency as the max. limit, by exhausting a large part of combustion gas produced in main heating equipment into heat storage type burner system and a part of combustion gas through auxiliary heating equipment having heat storage body. CONSTITUTION:A burner 5a at one side of the heat storage type burner system 2 is burnt and exhausted after utilizing for heating a material. A large part of combustion gas produced in the main heating equipment 1 is sucked with an exhaust fan 26 through the auxiliary heating equipment 20. In a gas exhausting means 21, the extraction of the combustion gas into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 is controlled through a controller 29 for the opening degree of a damper 27. Further, a part of combustion gas in the main heating equipment 1 recovers the waste heat with the heat storage body 3b in the burner 5b at the other side during stopping. By alternately burning the burners 5a, 5b in such a way, the heat of the heat, storage bodies 3a, 3b heated with the exhaust gas is utilized to obtain the high temp. air for combustion, and as the fuel is burnt, the fuel can be reduced.
