摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the temperature of concrete from rising after its placement by a method wherein the temperature of the concrete to be placed is lowered by giving the heat of vaporization of the moisture in the concrete from the concrete itself through the vacuumization of a kneader during the kneading of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, cement and water, the amount of which is larger than the normal water cement ratio for constituting concrete, are charged through a hopper 1 and a charging vacuum-resistant value 2 in a kneader 3 so as to be uniformly distributed in the interior of the kneader 3 in order to be uniformly agitated, mixed and kneaded with agitating blades 5, which is mounted on a shaft 4 driven through a sprocket 8 by means of a motor 7, after charging. When agitation starts, the charging vacuum-resistant valve 2 is closed so as to shut off the interior of the kneader 3 against the outside air. Next, the interior of the kneader 3 is evacuated with a vacuum pump 10 by opening a vacuum valve 9. As a result, the surface of concrete under kneading is exposed to vacuum all over, resulting in vaporizing moisture in the concrete under the vacuum held at least 10Torr or lower and lowering the temperature of the concrete down to at least 12 deg.C or lower. Thus, the temperature of the concrete is confirmed with a thermometer 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable underground water to be permeable. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 11 is laid out to both wall surfaces of an excavation ditch 20 where an inlet pipe 12 is mounted to the sheet 11. The inlet pipe 12 is connected to a transparent water hose 13 which may be bent or expansible. When concrete is filled up between the sheets 11, the transparent water hose 13 may extend so that the sheet 11 may come in contact with the wall surface of the excavation ditch 20. As a result, underground water may flow from one wall surface of the continuous wall to the other surface by way of the inlet pipe 12 and the transparent water hose 13.
