The abutting force acts on the releasing block 8 as the free-side hook 5b abuts to a spring receiving portion 8a, and the direction of the abutting force is diverged from the center of rotation of the releasing block 8 so that the releasing block 8 receives the rotation moment for the releasing block 8 to be pressed on the stopper member 3b by the abutting force.

The movement of the object member 6 is allowed by the rotation of the piece part 9 due to the increase of frictional force with the object member 6 following the movement of the object member 6 in the energizing direction, while lock is released by the decrease of frictional force between the piece part 9 and the object member 6 by the movement of the locking member 3 in the same direction as the object member 6 by the movement of the object member 6 in an opposite direction to the energizing direction.
