In such a way, it is possible to prevent the sound of the vocalizing slit interfered with the sound from the leakage hole 17, and the low frequency characteristic and a high sound pressure level can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A full face electrode 13 is formed to a side of a adhering face of a piezoelectric member 11, an electrode takeout terminal 15 of an adhering face surrounded by an electrode non forming part 14 at an open face side opposite to the adhering face and an opposite electrode 16 to the electrode on the adhering face and a throughhole 17 are formed. Then a conventional insulating adhesives is adopted for adhering the piezoelectric member to a support plate thereby forming the diaphragm without no generation of distortion of the diaphragm and with less generation of a harmonic wave in the case of using the diaphragm as a sounding body is obtained. Furthermore, the connection with a lead wire obtained in this way is implemented by soldering or bonding or the like, the reliability of the connection is high and it is possible for the connection by wire bonding even with a small size of 0.5mm or so in the throughhole forming part, then the reliability is not deteriorated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve low frequency characteristic by forming alternately a slot deviated from both faces of an adhered member with a piezoelectric member adhered thereto at the border between a free state part displaced as a diaphragm and a stationary part supporting the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric substance 12 formed with an electrode 11 on its both sides is adhered to the center of a metallic disk 13 and the circumference part is fixed by a stationary part 14 in the diaphragm. Plural slots 15 are formed alternately while their positions are deviated to the both sides from the part close to the inner circumferential part of the stationary part 14 between the outer peripheral part of the piezoelectric member on the metallic plate 13 and the inner peripheral part of the stationary part 14. The slots at the peripheral stationary part facilitate the flexure deformation caused in the application of an electric field to the piezoelectric member and the diaphragm is moved freely by utilizing the slots. Thus, the movement of the diaphragm due to the stationary body 14 is not hindered and the resonance frequency is far lowered.

In such a way, since the force of displacement when a voltage is applied is large and the exhausting power of the air can be increased, it is possible to obtain the sounding body with high sound pressure level.
