    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of refuse treatment and reutilization by finely crushing a bulky material such as polyvinyl chloride or the like. SOLUTION: The crushing method consists of a first process wherein a material to be crushed comprising a synthetic resin is charged in a container main body 6 to be cut between fixed blades 7 and rotary blades and the finely torn material to be crushed is smashed and rubbed in the gaps between the rotary blades 8 to be softened and melted by generated heat and a second process sprinkling water over the molten material to be crushed to solidify the same and finely crushing the solidified material in the gaps between the rotary blades. A crushing apparatus is equipped with the fixed blades 7, the rotary blades 8 rotated while keeping slight gaps between the fixed and rotary blades not only to cut the material to be crushed in the gaps between the fixed and rotary blades 7, 8 but also to crush and rub the same to generate heat, a cooling water supply means sprinkling water over the material to be crushed which is smashed and rubbed to be melted by generated heat and an ammeter detecting a change in the viscosity of the material to be crushed as the change of the current of a drive motor. A dust collector and a deodorizing apparatus may be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg training device to be used for both leg training for an aged person and the like, and leg muscle power reinforcing training for a non-handicapped person. SOLUTION: The leg training device 1 is to train the leg by supporting and moving a trainee's leg. The device is equipped with a plate driving part 2 which moves a foot plate 6 supporting the trainee's leg forward, backward and to the right and left, a control part 3 for generating resilence controlling a load applied to the leg when the foot plate 6 is moving, display part 4 displaying various information during training, and a set-up part 5 executing various set-up accompanying the training. The plate driving part 2 is provided with an operating-force detecting function detecting the load applied to the leg, a position detecting function detecting the position of the foot plate 6, and a mouth function executing cursor movement and click. Servomotors 15, 25 control the load and positively move the foot plate 6 or suppress its movement.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the freedom, reliability and working efficiency of coordinate parameter change by making the coordinate parameter of position and angle of an object to be supported in the space independently changeable. SOLUTION: The parallel moving distance of a slider bar 31 by a motor 24 is graduated on X-axis, and a slider bar 34 by a motor 26, a slider bar 34 by a motor 27, the rotating quantity of a body part 35 by a motor 23, and the rotating quantity of a rotating ring 32B by a motor 25 are similarly graduated on Y-axis, Z-axis, Θ-axis and Φ-axis, respectively. According to this, when the components (parameter values) of five axes consisting of the X, Y, and Z slide axes and the Θ and Φ-rotating axes are determined, the position and direction of an IC package 28 can be principally determined. Since a rotating ring 32G has a form including all the arrowed CD3, CD4 directional (Y-axial) and CD5, CD6 directional (Z-axial) moving ranges, this can contribute to the increase in precision and improvement in stability in the control of the arrowed RD3, RD4 directional (Φ-axial) rotation by the motor 25. The same relation can be also established between a protruding part 30 and the CD1-CD6 directional moving ranges, and a 5-axial transfer device 20 can perform a precise and highly stable operation as the whole.
