    • PURPOSE: To mount and dismantle building fittings simply by forming a fitting groove pinching a mounting edge on the fitting side in one side of the case body of the building fittings, and installing an elastically displaceable pawl to a flange pinching the mounting edge on the fitting side on the other side. CONSTITUTION: In a case body 2, a fitting groove 19 is formed to one flange 18 on both sides, and faced opposiely to an elastically displaceable pawl 21 to the other flange 20. The pawl 21 is formed by a section surrounded by a notch 23 in the sidewall 22 of the case body 3. When the case body 2 is installed into the hole 29 of the lower stile 25 of an external sliding door 24, the mounting edge 30 of the hole 29 is held by the pawl 21 and the flange 20, then the case body 2 is pushed in the direction of the pawl 21, and the fitting groove 19 of the flange 18 is fitted to the mounting edge 31 of the hole 29. When the case body 2 is removed from the hole 29 of the lower stile 25, the case body 2 is pressed in the direction of the pawl 21, the fitting groove 19 of the flange 18 is disconnected from the mounting edge 31 of the hole 29, and the pawl 21 is detached from the mounting edge 30.

    • PURPOSE:To improve operability by operating the locking/unlocking and the ftting/removing of a window opened state holding pin section with an indoor handle in common, and opening a window with an outside handle in emergency. CONSTITUTION:An inward opening window sash 1 is arranged on a window frame 2, and the first and second clutch type locking means 7, 8 interlocked via a transmission means 13 can be locked or unlocked with the first handle 5 inside a room. An opening holding means 12 constituted of a protruding pin and an arm-shaped member with its coupling hole is provided between an upper stile 9 and an upper frame 11. A lock 8 and the holding means 12 are connected with a transmission means 14 having a chain-like transmission means 14c, and the restricting/releasing of the holding means 12 can be operated by the handle 5 via the transmission means 13, 14. The second handle 10 is provided on the outside of the upper stile 9, the restriction of the holding means 12 is released via an operating member, and the transmission means 13, 14 are interlocked to unlock the locks 7, 8. The locking/unlocking and the window opened state holding action can be simplified, and the window can be opened from the outside in emergency.

    • PURPOSE:To block the passage of smoke by providing a lock device with an outer bed seat, a handle, a middle bed seat, a support, a shade, a core, and a rotor, and forming the outer bed seat and the handle by using a low melt material and the middle bed seat, the core, and the rotor by using a melt resisting metal. CONSTITUTION:A core 24 is rotatably assembled to a middle bed seat 8 by means of a core stem part 26 and a rotor 28 coupled to the stem part 26, the middle bed seat 8 is covered with an outer bed seat 1, and the core 24 is cov ered with a handle 31. A shade 18 is coupled to a stem part 26 of the core 24. The handle 31 and the outer bed seat 2 are formed of a low melt metal, and the unit bodies of the core 24, the rotor 28, the shade 18, the middle bed seat 8, and a back cover 35 are formed of a material not molten by the heat of a fire. Even when, during the occurrence of a fire, the handle 31 and the outer bed seat 1 are molten by heat, a locking state is held. This constitution blocks the passage of smoke and a flame.

    • PURPOSE:To easily adjust the relative position between door and door frame by a method in which a door-side connector to pivotally connect door and the upper part of door frame is made up of a fixed arm provided to the upper part of the door and a movable arm pivotally attached to the fixed arm, and its opening angle is regulated. CONSTITUTION:A door is connected by hinge with the upper and lower parts of a door frame by means of a carry-out type connector, and its lower part is pivotally supported. The upper connector on the door side is made up of a fixed arm 9 fixed to the door 1 and a movable arm 11 whose one end is pivotally attached to the arm 9 with a shaft 10 and the other end is connected to the door frame-side connector with a shaft 4. The arm 11 is provided with the first regulative screw 25 whose top is touched by the arm 9 and the second regulative screw 26 whose top is screwed with the arm 9. When opening the arm 11, the screw 26 is loosened and the screw 25 is clamped, and when closing the arm 11, the operations are reversed. The relative position W between the door and the door frame can thus be effectively adjusted and the hanging position of the door can also be easily regulated.

    • PURPOSE:To regulate the suspension height of a door in a state to be enough durable to support of a heavy door by a method wherein, after rotation of the door is constrained by a longitudinal shaft and a total load is supported by a thrust bearing, a regulating screw is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a door 1 is pivotally mounted to a door frame 8 by means of a first coupling member 2 on the lower part side of the door 1, a second coupling member 3 on the lower part side of a door frame 8, and a longitudinal shaft 4. The upper end of the door 1 is pivotally mounted to a door frame 8 through a third coupling member 5 on the upper part side of the door 1, a fourth coupling member 6 on the upper part side of the door frame 8, and a longitudinal shaft 7. After rotation of the door 1 is constrained by the longitudinal shaft 4 located therebelow and the total load of the door 1 is supported by means of a thrust bearing 13, through control of a regulating screw 16 supported by the thrust bearing 13, the suspension height of the door 1 is regulated.
