    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of winding a paper sheet from a roll paper whose maximum diameter is large without generating a winding wrinkle.SOLUTION: An arm 12 is turnably provided at the paper sheet feeding path 20 side from a winding core 11 for winding a paper sheet 21. The paper sheet 21 is guided by a free roll provided at an intermediate part of the arm 12 to be led to the winding core 11. A roller 18 that is a rotary body for coming in contact with a roll paper 22 is rotatably provided at a tip part of the arm 12. The roller 18 is pressed to the roll paper 22 for winding without generating a winding wrinkle. A distance between the roller 18 and the free roll in a paper sheet feeding direction is always constant, so that even the paper sheet from the roll paper 22 whose maximum diameter is large can be wound without generating the winding wrinkle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a sheet of paper conveyed at a high speed by heat, without wrinkling the sheet.SOLUTION: A fixing drum 9 capable of heating an outer peripheral surface with a heater incorporated therein is provided in a position separated downstream from the furthest downstream sheet transfer part of each of printing units 1a and 1b, so as to be rotated at a peripheral speed that is the same as the running speed of a sheet in the printing unit. A first sprocket 10 is provided at a place adjacent to the furthest downstream sheet transfer part of the printing unit. A second sprocket 11 having a pitch circle diameter substantially the same as the circular diameter of the fixing drum and rotated integrally with the fixing drum is provided in the same axial position as the fixing drum. A conveyance chain 12 is wound around each of the first and second sprockets, the conveyance chain having catching nails 13 and being used to convey a sheet while being wound around the periphery of the fixing drum by catching a sheet run from the furthest downstream transfer part, by use of the catching nails. A pressure application member is disposed around and in pressure contact with the periphery of the fixing drum.
