      SOLUTION: A hinge bush (32) is revolvably mounted on a first shaft (312) of a hinge part (30) with friction. The hinge part (30) has a second shaft (313) formed to another end of a hinge base and an inner circumferential part (122) formed to an end of an antenna part in a way of surrounding the second shaft. The second shaft (313) has cantilever pieces (313a) in pairs and a projection (313b) formed to an outer circumferential face of at least one of the cantilever pieces (313a) in pairs. The inner circumferential part (122) has a projection (122a) formed to a position corresponding to a prescribed position of the projection when the antenna part is opened from/closed to a base part.
