    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument which provides deep handwriting while preventing falling when it is used and has a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: The writing instrument is configured so that a writing part 12 is attached detachably to a tip end of a barrel 14 by a cap 10 and the barrel 14 has a storage part 16 for storing ink and a temporal storage part 18 for storing ink temporally and which can deform elastically, both are formed of an ink occlusion body. When the cap 10 is attached to the tip end of the barrel 14, the temporal storage part 18 deforms compressively, and when the cap 10 is detached from the tip end of the barrel 14, by the detachment operation the temporal storage part 18 deforms expanding and the pressure of the temporal storage part 18 becomes a negative pressure. By the negative pressure the ink in the storage part 16 is filled in the temporal storage part 18 therefore the ink in the temporal storage part 18 can be supplied to the writing part 12.
