    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an apparatus which can more efficiently inspect defects on the surface of a substrate by casting laser light on the surface in many directions. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with half-cut cylindrical laser light formation means 23, 24, 25 to which a laser light 22 from a laser light source 21 is sent, half-cut circular truncated conical laser light formation means 29, 31 where a half-cut cylindrical laser light 28 enters from the means 23, 24, 25, scattering light condenser means 38, 41, 29, 43, 44 where a regular reflection light 37 and scattering lights 35, 36 formed when a half-cut circular truncated conical laser light 32 projected from the means 29, 31 is reflected at the surface of a substrate 33 enter, and a photodetecting means 45 which receives the scattering lights 35, 36 passing through and condensed by the means 38, 41, 29, 43, 44 and detects a defect on the surface of the substrate 33. A laser light image formed on the surface of the substrate is not a point as in a conventional apparatus, but an arc, and therefore an area on the surface of the substrate inspectable at one time is widened and inspection efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a horizontal main girder type continuous unloader which is easy of control operation in continuous excavating and unloading work and is excellent in work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The horizontal main girder 11 of the main body 10 of a traveling type unloader is provided with a traverse truck 15, and a vertical carriage column 16 is provided capably of ascent and descent relative to the traverse truck 15. A vertical carriage conveyor belt 18 elongated on the main girder from the bottom to the land side is provided within the vertical carriage column 16, and the end on land side of the vertical carriage conveyor belt 18 is supported on a conveyor roller 18b at the other end, and it is shifted horizontally, interlocking with the ascent and descent of the vertical carriage column 16. At the bottom of the vertical column 16 is a swing bucket excavation part 20 provided along a dogleg frame. Bulk cargo excavated and held up with the bucket excavation part 20 is supplied to the lower end of the vertical carriage conveyor belt 18, and by the vertical carriage conveyor belt 18, it is carried to an on-machine conveyor 17, a relay conveyor 21, and a ground conveyor 42.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an excavating device for a bucket elevator capable of grasping individual loads such as the bucket chain tension and excavating force and surely performing the fixed-quantity delivery control. CONSTITUTION: Oil pressure sensors 22, 23, 24 are provided at various sections, and a controller 25 compares the excavating force calculated from the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 23 (excavating force equivalent pressure + chain tension equivalent pressure) and the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 24 (chain tension equivalent pressure) with the excavating force target value and controls the lateral excavating speed of an excavating device to obtain the prescribed speed target value. The excavating force target value is updated in sequence based on the compared result between the lifting force calculated from the calculated excavating force and the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 22 (lifting force equivalent pressure excavating force equivalent pressure) and the lifting force target value, the lifting force is made coincident with the target value, the delivery quantity of the bulk cargo is made constant, and the fixedquantity delivery control can be surely performed.
