    • PURPOSE:To make a product in high quality with the high density of a powder body layer and the curtailment in the manhour for treatment by forming a porous body elaborately by adding the external force on a high viscosity pressure medium. CONSTITUTION:A super hard powder is made in slurry by kneading it after adding a binder. The powder body layer 22 of low density is formed by vaporizing and removing the binder by heating a super hard powder slurry after its drying with its coating by spraying it on the surface of a dense body 21. A nut 35 is fastened by mounting a gasket 34 in the vent hole by inserting the movable cover 33 that a blind nut 35 is removed upto the liquid level of a high viscosity pressure medium 37 by directly contacting the power body layer 22 and high viscosity pressure medium 37 by inputting the dense body 21 on which the body layer 22 is formed into the container chamber in which the high viscosity pressure medium 37 is filled. The powder body layer 22 is than made dense via the high viscosity pressure medium 37 that a pressure is caused by causing the pressure on the high viscosity pressure medium 37 by holding the pressure by fitting the container cylinder 32 to the pressure chamber 28 with the water as the pressure medium.

    • PURPOSE:To produce stably a thin walled cylinder having good accuracy by spinning a cylindrical blank material inserted onto a mandrel while exerting an axial tension thereon then expanding the material. CONSTITUTION:A forming part 1c and an expanding part 1d having the diameter larger than that of said part are formed to a mandrel 1. A cylindrical blank material 3 is inserted onto the mandrel 1. When the material 3 is rolled in contact with a roll 2 and the mandrel 1, the material 31 is pulled backward at a specified speed via a chuck 4 by a puller so that an axial tension is exerted thereon. The material is formed by tube spinning in this state to a thin walled cylinder 3' and is expanded as it is by the part 1 to eliminate residual stress and at the same time to unify the inside diameter of the cylinder constant. The thin walled cylinder having good accuracy and straightness is obtd. by the above-mentioned method.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of holding a sealing performance without roughing the sealing surface with a lower part plug of an inner cylinder in a hot isotropic pressurization device. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure resistant cylinder 1 and an upper part opening and a lower part opening of the cylinder 1 are sealed by an upper part plug 2 and a lower part plug 3 with a seal 8, thereby constituting a high pressure chamber 9. A heating device 5 and an adiabatic armor 4 which covers the heating device 5 are installed in this high pressure device 9. The adiabatic armor 4 is placed over the lower part plug 3 in such a fashion that it may move vertically freely while a stopper 4a is installed to the surface of the adiabatic armor 4 and a stopper 1a is installed to the inner surface of the cylinder 1 as well. When taking out a processed material 11 after a high temperature and high temperature processing work, the adiabatic armor 4 falls only by a specified range, but the stopper 4a is engaged with the stopper 1a so that the adiabatic armor 4 is anchored with the cylinder 1, which prevents the adiabatic armor 4 from dropping. This construction makes it possible to take out the processed material 11 and the heating device 5 outside since a sealed area of the cylinder 1 is not affected by the high temperature radiation of the heating device 5 when passing through.

    • PURPOSE:To let a screw shaft have only tensile force, by setting up thrust bearings attached to both ends of the screw shaft slidably at will in the axial direction relative to a bearing box, while installing a stopper part of the bearing in the said bearing box. CONSTITUTION:When tensile force works on a screw shaft 1 in an arrow direction, the tension is imposed on a nut 24 and thereby transmitted to a carriage bed 23 via a collar 20, a thrust bearing 14, collars 12 and 13 (a spring 15 is compressed at this time), and a bearing box 18. When tensile force is large enough, the spring 15 gets compressed by the tensile force so that automatically the thrust bearing 14 receives the force in consequence. But in this case, practically the thrust bearing 14 is kept close to the bearing box 18 as the screw shaft 1 is drawn to the right by dint of a hydraulic cylinder 22. Doing suchlike, only tensile force works on the screw shaft 1 and buckling may be thus prevented.
