    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation platform device of an elevator capable of easily installing a top apparatus of the shaft with a temporarily disposed platform, even when the distance between the highest floor landing and the top of the shaft is long.
      SOLUTION: A strut body 3 is erected on the landing 2 floor, the lower end of a ladder 7 is fastened with the lower end of the strut body 3, and the strut body 3 is arranged from the opening 5 of the landing 2 into the shaft 1. The upper end of a tilt material 7 is fastened with the upper end of the strut body 5 and is fastened with the upper end of the ladder 7, one side of a lower floor frame 10 is fastened with the upper end of the ladder 7, and the upper end of a support material 9 of which lower end is fastened with the lower end of the strut body 3 is fastened with the other side of the lower floor frame 10.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brace rod connecting the edge part of a floor support frame to a jamb of a suspension frame and a car fame for an elevator having the brace rod with its lower end a little projected downward from the car floor. SOLUTION: The floor support frame 1 is disposed in the square suspension frame with its mounted on the lower frame of the suspension frame. A fastener 13 is inserted into a metal fixture 2 provided in a edge part side of the floor suspension frame 1 and a female screw of the fastener 13 is threaded into a male screw 12 in the lower end of the brace rod 11 so as to connect the floor suspension frame 1 to the brace rod 11. This constitution can shorten the downward projecting dimension of the lower end of the brace rod 11 relative to the car floor surface. This constitution can thus eliminate the deepening of a pit for the elevator hoistway for the downward projection of the brace rod 11 and facilitate the installation of the elevator when the depth of the pit in the hoistway is regulated in a building in installing the elevator. CONSTITUTION:A moving cable 9 is hung down by forming a hung down bend 11 between an elevator shaft 1 whose upper side 3 can be moved up and down to the bottom 2, and an elevating body 5. And a pulley 15 is pivoted to the elevator shaft 1 at the position higher than an intermediate holder 12 which holds the upper extension of the moving cable 9. And one end of a wire body 17 is connected to the bottom 2 of the elevator shaft 1, the intermediate holder 12 is connected to the upper side and wound to the pulley 15, and an energizing body 16 is connected to the other end. And the position of the intermediate holder 12 is corrected automatically by the energizing body 16, the wire body 17, and the like, by the upward movement of the upper side 3 of the elevator shaft 1, so as to maintain the hung down bend 11 when the elevating body 5 is stopped at the lowermost platform 13, in a normal condition. Consequently, a trouble of converting the hanging condition of the moving cable 9 when the upper side 3 of the elevator shaft 1 is moved upward can be omitted.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a power unit for hydraulic elevator having less erroneous operation of a detector by an leaked oil by providing a first communicating pipe opened to the upper side of the box body of the detector and communicating with the atmosphere and a second communicating pipe opened to the lower side of the box, having a drooped curved part and communicating with the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The upper end parts of a first and second communicating pipes 12, 13 are opened upward from the surface of an operating oil 2 to form a space communicating with the atmosphere in a box body 10a. A leaked oil is received in the drooped curved part 13b of the second communicating pipe 13 through a discharge oil pipe 10f. As the inner part of the box body 10a communicates with the atmosphere, the pressure fluctuation of the box body 10a internal air by a change ion the operation oil 2 temperature is never caused, and an oil leakage phenomenon is never promoted by the pressure fluctuation. As the leaked oil is received in the drooped curved part 13b, the leaked oil does not make contact with a rotating part 10d over a relatively long period. The leaked oil in the drooped curved part 135 is excluded at a proper period, whereby the operation failure by the leaked oil of a detector 10 can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the arranging space in a machine room and to facilitate the installation of equipments so as to simplify the wiring thereof by arranging an oil tank, a control panel and a silencer at positions near to each other on a base, and by attaching a terminal box for power source wires to a side surface of the oil tank. CONSTITUTION:An oil thank 1, a control panel 15 and a silencer 13 are arranged near to each other on a base 22, and a terminal box side surface of the oil tank 1. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce an arranging space in the machine room, and further, the connection to the motor 6 to the power source wires can be made without opening a door on the control panel 15. Further, the maintenance of the motor 6 in the oil tank or the replacement thereof can the disconnection of the wiring in the control panel 15 is not required. Further, since the lengths of the power source wires are short, the working operation can be simplified, and it is possible to eliminate the necessity of a process of laying the power source wire 16 through an electrical wiring pipe and of embedding the same by placing cinder concrete and so forth.
