摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent color display from being defective by making close timing for changing a sampling pulse from high to low for the same display unit generated in a video signal driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The cycle of sampling clocks phi1 and phi2 is regularly changed with ts1-ts3 as one cycle and for the cycle ts1-ts3, the dot cycle of the video signal has the fixed relation with tvo as well. Between the sampling clocks phi1 and phi2, there is phase difference corresponding to the dot cycle tvo of the video signal. Start pulses ST1 and ST2 are set corresponding to the start edges of the correspondent sampling clocks phi1 and phi2. Therefore, the timing to change the sampling pulse from high to low (to close a sampling gate) is made close at sampling pulses Q11, Q21 and Q12 corresponding to picture elements R1, G1 and B1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a bonding operation to be carried out collectively with ease and accuracy by a method wherein a terminal train provided to a flexible board is thermally expanded by heating and bonded by thermocompression to a terminal train formed on a circuit board coinciding with them. CONSTITUTION:Electrode terminals 1a are formed on a circuit board which serves as a liquid crystal panel 1, and electrode terminals 21a are provided onto a flexible board 21, where the terminals 21a are provided short in space between them. At this point, an anisotropic conductive film 3 is provided to either of the terminals 1a and 21a through thermocompression bonding, and the liquid crystal panel 1 and the flexible board 21 are arranged and aligned with each other so as to enable the terminals 1a and 21a to come into light contact with each other on the panel 1. Hot air fed from a hot air generator 7 provided with a temperature regulator is made to blow against the terminals 21a to thermally expand them by heating. Then, the terminals 21a are elongated in space between them with the rise of temperature, and the terminal trains of the panel 1 and the board 21 are made to coincide with each other. At this point, a bonding tool 6 is quickly moved above the joint of the board 21, and the terminals 1a and 21a are joined together through thermocompression bonding. By this setup, a bonding process can be collectively executed with ease and accuracy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify and automate a part mounting process by dividing a substrate at every circuit pattern, respectively mounting parts, cutting a film and separating hybrid integrated circuits. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of hydbrid integrated circuit patterns are formed onto an alumina ceramic substrate 1, and trenches 2 are shaped to the boundaries of these patterns. Varnish 4 is applied onto a polyimide film 3, the alumina ceramic substrate 1 is placed onto the film 3, varnish 4 is heated and cured, and the film 3 and the substrate 1 are bonded. Pressure is applied from the polyimide film 3 side, broken-out surfaces 5 are made to reach up to the rear of the substrate, the film 3 is divided into separate hybrid integrated circuit substrate without being cut, and parts 6 are loaded onto each of the substrates, and heated and joined. The polyimide film 3 and a polyimide resin 10 are cut through the irradiation of a CO2 laser, thus acquiring separate hydbrid integrated circuit 11. Accordingly, a part mounting process is simplified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a Josephson device which has stable superconducting characteristics with a simple process by a method wherein a high energy beam is applied to a part of a compound superconductor to form a weak coupling. CONSTITUTION:An Nd:YAG laser beam transverselly scans the film 3 to form a part 5 which is converted from a superconducting part into a normal conducting part and a part 6 which remains as a superconducting part. The part 6 which maintains superconducting characteristics provides a weak coupling between the superconductors of both the sides of it and the device functions as a Josephson device which exhibits a Josephson effect. With this constitution, the Josephson device which has the required superconducting characteristics can be obtained with a simple process.

The assembly is thereby simplified, the yield of the device is improved and the size of the device is reduced.
