摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance versatility, to easily construct a remote monitoring system, to miniaturize a monitoring device, to reduce its costs, to perform high function monitoring, and to relieve burdens of a maintenance person and an observer in monitoring of private electric equipment. SOLUTION: Among monitoring signals of the electric equipment, an analog measurement signal from a detection signal input part 20 is made into a digital signal by an A/D converter 11, an on/off state signal from a contact signal input part 30 is made into the digital signal, the digital signals are fetched in a computer 10, and required monitoring processing is performed by digital processing. The monitoring device is connected with a radio digital communication terminal 50, performs e-mail communication with the computer in a monitoring room or the cellular phone of the maintenance person or the like, and constructs the remote monitoring system. The monitoring device is connected with a portable terminal 60 such as a personal computer and performs setting of various kinds of data and display of monitoring states, which are necessary for the monitoring processing on the terminal.
