      SOLUTION: According to the soundproof ventilation structure, a ventilation pipe 1 has a columnar acoustic member 3 which is inserted into the ventilation pipe 1, and has an X-shaped cross section. The columnar acoustic member 3 has all of its bearing portions 4 within a ventilation pipe inner surface maintained above a bottom 5 of the ventilation pipe, and therefore the intrinsic soundproofing effect of the ventilation pipe is ensured. Moreover, condensation liquid water, rainwater infiltrating from outdoors, etc., are efficiently collected to the bottom 5 of the ventilation pipe 1 having a conventional pipe structure.
