Here, since the water repellent membrane 30 is formed on the surface (excepting the channel 2) of the raw material 1 and the water paint 28 is on the water repellent membrane 30, the water paint 28 is repelled by the membrane 30. Since a roll 13 for removing comes into contact with the water paint 28 in this condition, the water paint 28 is simply torn off, and the water paint 28 remains in only a part of the channel 2.
