The means 20 is disposed on the inner surface of a resin-made outer lid 8a constituting the top surface of the lid 8.

The shape memory temperature releases the abutment between the steam hole 9 and the abutment plate 13 during rice cooking and makes the steam hole 9 abut on the abutment plate 13 again during warming.
