If it is impossible to acquire the VICS information from the VICS tuner 12; the control part 13 selects any one of a predetermined broadcast signal from among frequencies of other broadcast signals indicating the same contents of a broadcast signal currently received by the main tuner 11, and sets the selected frequency on the main tuner 11.
