The worktop 10 has a front and rear edge formed to be projected from the surface of the worktop, and the external edge of the edge member is continuously formed in the same shape as that of the projected section of the worktop. To the end surface of the counter 12, the edge member 13 is jointed, and so large dies are not needed, and a joint is set near an end section, and so the joint section is hardly seen, and appearance is good, and the joint surface is not a cooking surface, and so it is hardly polluted, and the joint surface is bent, and so a bonded area is made larger, and bonding strength is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the titled gas stove easily by a method wherein a plurality of burners for different uses are exchangeably mounted on a casing covering the body of the gas stove so that the mounting position of each of the gas burners is changed according to the order of cooking or the like. CONSTITUTION:The casing covering the body of the gas stove is provided with a plurality of knobs 2 on the front face, and a ceiling plate 3 on the upper face, thereof and the ceiling plate 3 is provided with three holes 4 having their upper edges bent upward. Further, gas pipes 6 each provided with a nozzle 7 rise up to the lower ends of the holes 4, respectively, and a burner 8 for heating a Chinese pan, a burner 14 for heating a pan of common use and a burner 20 for heating a frying pan are exchangeably mounted in the holes 4, respectively. In addition, mixing pipes 9, 15 and 21 and burner heads 10, 16 and 22 are fixed to the burners 8, 14 and 20, respectively, and suitable flame holes 12, 18 and 24 are provided in the burners, respectively. As a result, when the gas stove is used, each of the burners can be arranged as required to thereby enable the gas stove to be used easily.

A hollow space 19 is formed below insect-proof packing 15 with the hollow space width L1 larger than the width L2 of a connecting portion 18. The attachment plate 17 is provided with a groove 20 where the plate 17 is tacked 16 to the side plate. A raised portion 21 is formed above the groove 20 to come in contact with the outer side of the groove 20 when the insect-proof packing 15 is brought into press contact.

In this drop-in type cooking stove, radiant heat obtained by burning in a cooking stove burner 11 and a grill burner 12 is received by a cooking stove top board 13, and the temperature of the cooking stove top board 13 is received by the front frame 4 of the main body as radiant heat. However, since cool air flows in through a clearance between the heat shielding plate 7 and the top board 1 and a clearance between the heat shielding plate 7 and the front plate grill, air cooling effectively works. Therefore, the temperature of the top board 1 can be greatly lowered.
