摘要： PURPOSE:To improve working performance by providing a wire lead-in port and a lead-out port at a pipe or a lug, then rounding the sector part of an auxiliary member provided with this sector part formed of a thin plate like elastic body so as to be inserted into the lead-out port, and opening this sector part inside so as to form a funnel like wire lead-out part. CONSTITUTION:An upper pipe 1 is fittingly bonded to a seat lug 5, and a wire lead-out port 12 for communicating the hollow part of the seat lug 5 with the outside is formed. A thin plate like plastic made auxiliary member 13 provided with a holding part 13-1, a shell part 13-2 and a sector part 13-3 is formed, and the sector part 13-3 is rounded, placed to face the front and inserted into the lead-out port 12. The sector part 13-3 is then opened inside the hollow part of the seat lug 5 so as to form a funnel like wire lead-out guide part, and the shell part 13-2 is positioned at the lead-out port 12, as well as the holding part 13-1 is positioned outside the port. In this state, the auxiliary member is fixed. With this constitution, passing a wire 10 through can be facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a flywheel suitable for outer circumferential braking as stable load by building up right and left cylindrical side plates, weight part pieces fixed on the side plates, a hub fixed at the center of the rotation of the side plates and an elastic belt with a T-shaped cross section to be fitted into the outer circumference of the side plates. CONSTITUTION: In a flywheel 9, a pair of side plates 22 is integrated by a screw 24 with four plate-shaped weight part pieces 23 inserted on the side of the outer circumference parts thereof and elastic belts 25 made of rubber are fitted into the outer circumference parts thereof. A hub shaft 26 is mounted at the center. The elastic belts 25 with a T-shaped cross section whose circumferential lengths are made shorter by about 10 percent than that of the side plates 22 are fitted with a tension closely into the outer circumferences of the side plates 22. The width W of a part protruding out into each elastic belt 25 is made large enough to let the part be fitted tight into a gap formed on the outer circumference of the side plate 22 and moreover, an inner circumferential end is brought into contact with an outer circumference side circular arc part of the weight part piece 23. An elastic belt contacting a roller of a load device is made shorter than the circumferential length of the side plate with a T-shaped cross section and is fitted into a gap formed by the right and left side plates thereby eliminating both circumferential and horizontal deviation thereof.

CONSTITUTION:A brake shoe 2 is a circular belt, and has a lining 3 fixedly attached onto its outside and anchor plate 5 fixed at its one end, and is supported rotatably to a cover 1 by an anchor pin 6 fixed to said cover 1 through the hole 5c of said plate 5. Coupling fittings 8 to rotatably support an operating pin 7 are fixed at the other end of said shoe 2. A cam and a roller can be therefore disused to simplify the structure of the brake.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of both a cam and a cam shaft by forming an operating lever as to have an elongated part and having said part directly press a primary shoe and, to reduce a ratio between the lever composites of the operating lever by locating the turning center of the operating lever in a position outside of a drum. CONSTITUTION:A hole 9 in which an operating force transmitting means, such as a wire and a pulling rod is to be fixed is formed on one end part of an operating lever 8. The operating lever 8 has an elongaged part, which bypasses a drum 5 and further goes inside it. Said part is partially bent in the vertical direction at the end thereof, forming a contacting part 10 which is to press a primary shoe 1. When the operating lever 8 is turned in the arrowed direction A, the contacting part 10 which is integrated with the operating lever 8 presses the primary shoe 1. The primary shoe 1 will then be widened against a tensile spring 11 to make contact with the internal face of the drum 5.
