    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing container for a hygroscopic, easily oxidizable and hydrolyzable content capable of keeping an oxygen-free and dry state of the container before filling the content, taking in as less moisture and gas as possible in filling the content and being no affected by the moisture and gas after filling the content thereby to stably keep the content and enabling an inspection of the content from the outside during and after filling. SOLUTION: The container has a transparent and flat container main body made of a content-housing chamber 3 formed by melt-bonding the circumferential sides, a moisture and gas-non-permeable barrier film peelably weekly melt- bonded to one side of the container so that the first space 8 is formed between the one side and itself, a transparent resin-made moisture and gas barrier film melt-bonded to the other side of the container so that the second space 9 is formed between the other side and itself and an oxygen scavenger or a drying agent housed in the space 8 wherein a through-hole is formed at a portion distant from the margin portion in the melt-bonded surrounding portion and the space 8 is made to be intercommunicated with the space 9 by melt-bonding both the barrier films so that the through-hole is not clogged. The manufacturing method comprises steps of forming the body 1 of flexible resin sheets 2 and 3, providing the filling port means 8 and the breather means 9, mounting the first filter member 10 and the second filter member 11 respectively, partially partitioning the body 1 at a plurality of portions and forming the plurality of containers 6 including the partially communicating housings 5. The filling method comprises steps of pouring the liquid from the filling port means 8, spreading the liquid via the communicating parts into the housings 5 and welding regions where the respective housings 5 communicate with one another for hermetically sealing.
