    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wettability and rigidity of a regularly packed material for a gas absorption apparatus.SOLUTION: The regularly packed material is constituted by parallelly assembling a plurality of platy plates, in which the plate body is constituted of a liquid reception section composed of a plurality of protruding cylinders, a liquid dispersion section composed of a plurality of through-holes penetrating to both front and back surfaces or a plurality of protrusions protruding to both front and back surfaces, and a liquid delivery section having indentations formed on the lower surface of the plate body. A gas-liquid contacting section having an irregular surface formed by providing horizontally a plurality of small grooves is preferably provided on at least one of both front and back surfaces of the plate body. A connection section composed of a protruding piece on one surface and a groove protruding on the other surface is formed on both right and left ends of the platy plate each, and the plurality of platy plates are parallelly arranged and assembled by fitting the protruding piece of each connection section to the adjacent groove.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COrecovering device capable of keeping constant the concentration of a COabsorbing solution even for a long period of time, as well as a COrecovering method.SOLUTION: This COrecovering device includes a COabsorption column 16 for removing COof an exhaust gas 12 by bringing the exhaust gas 12 containing COinto contact with the COabsorbing solution 15 and a regeneration column 18 for regenerating the COabsorbing solution 15 by removing COof a rich solution 17 which has absorbed CO. In addition, the COrecovering device has a control means which detects the temperature difference in the gas temperature (T) of an inlet exhaust gas 12 to be introduced into the inlet of the COabsorption column 16 and the gas temperature (T) of the outlet exhaust gas 21 at the COabsorption column 16 as well as the absorbent concentration (X (Vol%)) of the COabsorbing solution 15. Further, the control means makes an adjustment of the moisture content of the gas in accordance with the gas temperature difference in the inlet exhaust gas 12 and the outlet exhaust gas 21 at the COabsorption column 16, and then, performs a control process to maintain the absorbent concentration of the COabsorbing solution 15 within a preset range (e.g. X±relative ratio 10%).
