In this case, the build-up welding material 2 is thermally sprayed (e.g. by an HVOF thermal spraying method, and HP/HVOF thermal spraying method or the like) in such a manner that residual stress, i.e., compressive stress pressing the brazing filler metal 3 against the inner circumferential face 1a of the object 1 is given.
