    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized coal burner which keeps the rich/lean balance firm in the pulverized coal formed within a pulverized coal tube against changes in the angle of a pulverized coal nozzle in a pulverized coal burner which has the pulverized coal tube to convey a mixed gas of the pulverized coal and air and the pulverized coal nozzle arranged free to rotate at the tip part thereof.
      SOLUTION: A pulverized coal nozzle 04 is arranged free to rotate centered on a pin 08 at the tip part of a pulverized coal tube 01 for conveying a pulverized coal mixed gas 02. A rich/lean separator 03 is disposed in the pulverized coal tube 01 to separate the pulverized coal mixed gas between rich and lean levels. On the downstream side thereof, is arranged a flow straightener 10 which lets a lean mixer pass through an internal path while a rich mixed gas passes through the outer circumference part thereof and a partition plate 09 is arranged on the downstream side thereof to guide the lean mixed gas passing through the internal path of the flow straightener 10 into the pulverized coal nozzle 04. This keeps the rich/lean balance of the pulverized coal mixed gas against angular changes in the pulverized coal nozzle 04.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent adherence of carbon to the surface of a flame stabilizer, to effect stably a continuous combustion, to improve flame stability and to allow the stabilizer to be applied to a gas turbine exhaust gas reburning burner, etc., using combustion air containing low oxygen concentration. CONSTITUTION:Fuel is supplied from the end of a burner gun into a furnace. Primary air 5e is supplied from the end of a primary air nozzle into the furnace, and ignited by an ignition source. Thus, when a ring flame and a burning flame are formed, the air 5e is passed through the oblique slit 11 of a flame stabilizer 6, injected to the rear stream side of the stabilizer 6 at an injection angle of, for example, 45 deg. to generate a revolving flow on the surface of the stabilizer 6, thereby prevent the adherence of carbon on the surface of the stabilizer. A revolving force is applied to the ring flame, thereby improving the flame stability.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a heat flux meter which is constituted to measure a heat flux from the differential formula of a thermocouple formed of core wires by passing a sheath tube having the core wires through an inner tube inserted into a heat receiving plate attached to the front face of a side plate forming a maintenance space from the rear side of the side plate in such a way that the tube is opened in the maintenance space to accurately measure the heat flux even when the insulation resistance of the maintenance space changes. SOLUTION: An inner tube 090 is attached to a side plate 011 to the front face of which a heat receiving plate 010 is attached so as to form a maintenance space 030 of the plates 011 and 010 in such a way that the front end of the tube 009 is opened in the space 030. A sheath tube 012 is put in the inner tube 009 and three core wires 012a, 012a, and 014 are passed through the sheath tube 012. The core wires 012a form a thermocouple in such a way that one of the wires 012a is passed through the heat receiving plate 010 and welded 013a to the front face of the plate 010 and the other is passed through the side plate 011 and welded to the rear face of the side 011. The remaining core wire 014 is laid in an insulating material 015 in the sheath tube 012 and used for the measurement of the insulation resistance between the core wire 014 and the other core wires 012a.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a ring flame from quenching due to the adhesion of carbon on the surface at the furnace internal side of a flame holding device of a burner. CONSTITUTION:A ring flame 7 is formed in the vicinity of the surface at the furnace internal 10 side of a flame holding device 6 with one part of a fuel 4 which is fed from a burner gun 3 and one part of primary air 5 which is fed from a primary air nozzle 1, for a flame holding device of a burner. For such a flame holding device, a plurality of primary air intake holes 11 which go through the flame holding device 6 are provided. At the same time, on the furnace internal 10 side of said holes 11, a guide plate 12 which changes the direction of the primary air having passed said holes 11 in the direction being approx. in parallel with the surface on the furnace internal 10 side of the flame holding device 6 is provided to form an air curtain which goes along the surface on the furnace internal 10 side of the flame holding device 6, and carbon is prevented from adhering.
