摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a linear pulse motor in which an electric interconnection to a mover is omitted, in which noise is small during the operation and in which an endless mover can be driven simply by a method wherein gaps between magnetic pole teeth for a first magnetic pole are filled with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: Stator yokes 1, 2 are arranged in prescribed opposite positions, inner side faces 3, 4 are bonded to each other by a welding means or the like, and gaps between pole teeth and inner faces of the stator yokes 1, 2 are filled with synthetic resin to fix. V-shaped magnetic pole teeth protrude alternately from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the stator yokes 1, 2 on their surfaces. Faces on which the magnetic pole teeth are formed are made flat, magnetic pole faces 15 are formed, parts between the magnetic pole faces are filled with synthetic resin 35 such as silicone resin or the like to prevent dust particles from creeping, and it is possible to prevent dust particles inside the stator yokes 1, 2 from flowing out. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a linear pulse motor in which an electric interconnection to a mover is omitted, in which noise is small during the operation and in which the mover can be driven simply.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor terminal structure by which safety concerning environmental pollution is improved and a motor coil can be connected to an external apparatus with sure and excellent workability. SOLUTION: A terminal 23 is composed integrally of a magnet wire treatment part 20 to which a magnet wire 4 of a coil 6 is connected, a drawing-out part 21 which is connected to an external circuit and a bobbin attachment part 22 which is attached to an outer surface of a bobbin 5 with a pressure. The magnet wire 4 is connected to the drawing-out part 21 (terminal 23) by plasma welding. As the terminal treatment of a motor 1 is practiced by welding (plasma welding) which does not need solder containing lead, resources can be saved and, further, safety concerning environmental pollution can be improved without using lead. As the bobbin attachment part 22 is pushed into a hole formed in the outer surface of the bobbin 5, the orientation and position of the terminal 23 can be fixed, so that the stability can be improved.
