摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing device which realizes the speeding-up of operation such as the reduction of a warm-up time, the reduction of a starting time from standby, and the speeding-up of fixing, and realizes stabilization and low power consumption of the output of a power unit, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: Turning on and off of heaters 46, 47 and 49 connected to the power unit 55 is controlled by a controller 54. The heater 49 is turned off during the warm-up, starting-up and printing, electric power is concentrated on the heaters 46 and 47 in a heating roller, and sufficient heat is supplied to a moving fixing belt through the heating roller. On standby, the heater 47 is turned off and the temperature of the heating roller and a pressure roller is maintained by the heater 46 in the heating roller and the heater 47 in the pressure roller. The timing when the heaters 46, 47 and 49 are turned on is controlled so as not to coincide mutually.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the circumferential speed of a photoreceptor and to sufficiently and uniformly electrify the photoreceptor by dividing the inside of a shielding case to two discharge chambers in the rotating direction of the photoreceptor and providing corona wires and grid plates attached at a specified interval at the aperture parts of the discharge chambers. SOLUTION: This corona discharge device 2 has the shielding case 27c where the aperture part opening toward the photoreceptor 1 is formed. The inside of the case 27c is divided to two discharge chambers in the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 1 by a partition plate 27f. The 1st corona wire 27a and the 2nd corona wire 27b are laid in the width direction of the photoreceptor 1 so as to be positioned on an upstream side and on a downstream side in the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 1, respectively. The 1st grid plate 27d and the 2nd grid plate 27e are attached at the specified interval at the aperture part of the discharge chamber where the 1st corona wire 27a is laid and the aperture part of the discharge chamber where the 2nd corona wire 27b is laid, respectively.

At this time, the following color image transfer method is obtained; a bias having a polarity opposite to the prescribed charge polarity is applied to the intermediate transfer body 1, to make the fixed current 50μA-200μA, so that the current supplied to the corotron transfer unit is made lower to prevent the occurrence of the leakage and stably perform the transfer.
