摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a defending efficiency against timber injurious insects and sanitary injurious insects by providing a great number of receiving holes for injurious insect defending agent distributed over the entire area of not only the superficial board but also either the superficial board and core board and adhering integrally the film layer of the injurious insect defending agent to the superficial board. CONSTITUTION:The superficial board 11 and reverse board 12 are adhered to the core board 10 via the film layers 15, 14 of the injurious insect defending agent and integrated each other. A great number of receiving holes for injurious insect defending agent (S) are processingly provided on the entire area of the superficial board 11. Because the film layer 18 of the injurious insect defending agent is adhered and integrated, the injurious insect defending agent is saturated into the receiving holes (S) in a large quantity, so that, regardless of the thickness fluctuation of the core board 10, the constantly stable and years continuing insect proof efficiency can be obtained and the duration as an insect proof plywood can also be improved. Furthermore, if the receiving holes (S) are communicatingly opened to not only the superficial board 11, but also the core board 10, then the saturating quantity of the injurious insect defending agent is further increased, as a result, it becomes further profitable because the volatility thereof can efficiently be restrained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To impart a three-dimensional feel to rugged patterns by removing the colored sealer layer coated on the projecting parts of the rugged pattern surface on the front of a base plate by sanding so that the projecting parts and recesses of the rugged pattern surface are formed to different color tones. CONSTITUTION:The colored sealer layers 6, 7 are coated on the rugged pattern surface 3 on the front of the base plate 2 to form an embossing painted original sheet 1. The colored sealer layer 6 coated on the projecting parts 4 of the rugged pattern surface is removed by sanding so that the projecting parts 4 and recesses of the rugged pattern surface 3 are formed to the different color tones. More specifically, the colored sealer layer 6 overlaps on the coated surface of the colored sealer layer 7 while the layer thickness thereof is gradually decreased at the peripheral edge of the projecting parts from which the colored sealer layer 6 is removed. The boundaries between the projecting parts and the recesses are thereby brought into the state of being colored by the continuously changing color tones. The remarkable three-dimensional feel is thus imparted to the rugged pattern without giving a flat feeling thereto.
