    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional physiological sampling apparatus is complicated and is not easy to handle because of its complexity, which causes increase in production costs. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a system and a method for puncturing the skin, accessing and collecting a physiological sample in the relevant skin and measuring characteristics of the physiological sample such as concentration of a specific component in the collected physiological sample, for example, the apparatus adopts a form of an examination slice apparatus including a bio-sensor and at least one skin puncturing element which is a planar expanded part provided in a part of the bio-sensor. At least one flow passage is present within a part of the bio-sensor and within the skin puncturing element. The skin puncturing element internally has a space specification structure, and the structure operates as an area for storing a sample fluid when puncturing the skin. The system includes one or more examination slice apparatuses and a measuring instrument for measuring the concentration determination of the specific component.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sampling a biological fluid and measuring an targeted constituent of at least one kind in the biological fluid. SOLUTION: This device includes at least one electrochemical cell having an inner electrode and an outer electrode related to be concentrically separated from each other. In a preferred embodiment, the outer electrode has a cylindrical configuration having an open distal end, and the inner electrode has an elongated configuration co-axially disposed in the outer electrode and a distal end configured to penetrate the skin. The spacing between the electrodes exerts a capillary force on biological fluid existing at the open distal end of the outer electrode. The invention provides a system having a control unit electrically connected to the electrochemical cell for controlling selection and measurement for a targeted constituent. Further, the invention provides a method for sampling the biological fluid with in the skin and measuring the sampled fluid, and a kit including one or more devices and/or systems of the invention.
