    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell that can improves efficiency by effectively absorbing external light by forming regular embossed and depressed patterns of constant size on a surface of a transparent electrode. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell includes steps of: forming a transparent conductive layer on a substrate by depositing a transparent conductive oxide under room temperature; crystallizing the transparent conductive layer by irradiating the transparent conductive layer with laser beam using a first laser; selectively etching the crystallized transparent conductive layer to form many embossed and depressed patterns at a surface of the transparent conductive layer; forming transparent electrodes in unit cells by patterning the transparent conductive layer having many embossed and depressed patterns; forming a pn junction semiconductor layer on the transparent electrodes and patterning the pn junction semiconductor layer; and forming rear electrodes on the patterned pn junction semiconductor layer by forming a metallic material layer and patterning the metallic material layer, the rear electrodes corresponding to the unit cells.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve defective short circuit problem due to the manufacturing step for patterning a reflective substance layer by unit cells, utilizing a laser to enhance the optical conversion efficiency of a thin-film solar cell. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes the steps of: defining a plurality of unit cells on a substrate; forming a plurality of transparent conductive layers corresponding to the unit cells by a plurality of first separation lines on the substrate defined with the plurality of unit cells; forming a light absorbing layer separated by unit cells, by a plurality of second separation lines on an upper part of the plurality of transparent conductive layers; forming third separation lines which cut the light-absorbing layer by unit cells, on one side isolated from the plurality of second separation lines; applying conductive paste to form the reflective substance layer, by mounting a silk screen at a position corresponding to the third separation lines; and sintering the reflective substance layer to form a plurality of reflective electrodes by unit cells.
