    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable supporting force in any construction conditions.
      SOLUTION: In this rotational penetration pile 20, a spiral drill 10 is coaxially attached to the bottom end 24 of a cylindrical pile body 23. The drill 10 includes a supporting part 11 axially extending with a same spiral diameter r1 and a drill part 12 formed at the end of the supporting part 11 and having a spiral diameter r2 gradually decreasing toward the end. The spiral diameter r1 of the supporting part 11 is equal to or lower than the maximum diameter R of the pile body 23. The outer shape of the supporting part 11 and the drill part 12 is square in any cross section perpendicular to the axis. Since the spiral diameter of the drill 10 is equal to or lower than the maximum diameter R of the pile body 23, the peripheral ground is hardly released, and a stable peripheral surface frictional force can be secured. Since the cross section of the drill is square, a pressure bulb part is produced at the root of the pile, and a predetermined supporting force can be provided. Since the drill 10 is divided into the supporting part 11 and the drill part 12, the drill can be smoothly penetrated into the ground while maintaining the supporting force of the pile.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely expand a diameter of a lock ring regardless of a diameter of a pipe.SOLUTION: The lock ring 4 having a separation part 3 formed on the periphery is provided on a receiving part of a receiving pipe body 1. A diameter expanding jig 11 having a tapered part 12 on the tip is inserted into the inner periphery of the lock ring 4. Due to the insertion, both the tapered part 5 and the tapered part 12 of the inner periphery of the lock ring 4 and the diameter expanding jig 11 are brought into contact with each other to expand the diameter of the lock ring 4. After expansion of the diameter, both ends of the separation part 3 are brought into contact with a stopper 8 to draw the diameter expanding jig 11 while maintaining the expanded diameter of the lock ring 4. The outer diameter of the diameter expanding jig 11 is appropriately determined according to an inner diameter of the pipe body 1, so that the jig is applicable regardless of diameter of the pipe body 1. While the diameter of the lock ring 4 is expanded, an insertion pipe body 17 can be smoothly inserted into the receiving pipe body 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove rust stuck to the inside face of a branch pipe part in a water pipe channel without using a device with a complicated constitution, and also to exhaust the rust to the outside.
      SOLUTION: A branch pipe cleaning device is composed of: a pipe shaft 1 whose tip is integrated with a removing blade 2; and an exhaust port 3 bored in the outer face of the pipe shaft 1. The device is attached to a branch pipe part p by a connection member 4 externally fitted to the pipe shaft 1 in a water-stopped state, and lowers while rotating an operational handle 5 at the rear edge of the pipe shaft 1, so as to crush rust at the inner face of the branch pipe part p. After that, the exhaust port 3 is opened, and the rust is exhausted to the outside. Compared with the conventional ones in which a cleaning means and a rust exhaust means are separated, its operability is remarkably improved.
